COVID-19, Community Pools and Supplies Updates

Cleaning for COVID-19 Prevention: 

All properties are cleaned by Coastal Cleaning & Linen Service using EPA approved cleaning products. 
All surfaces including door handle, light switches, remote controls, cabinets, countertops, drawer pulls, toilets including handle, seat and outside surfaces, sinks, mirrors, showers and baths, faucets, handles and floors are disinfected.
A new kitchen towel is provided prior to check in. 

Community Pools 

Most community pools remain closed at this time (But will be closed soon seasonally as usual) 

- The outdoor pool at Carolina Sunrise/Sea Colony pool is closed.

- The Ocean Dunes indoor pool and Rec Center is now open.

- The outdoor pools at Ocean Dunes are open with restrictions.

- The pool at Hitt'n The Beach is open with restrictions.

Household Supplies 

Please bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap as our stores here currently have a low supply.

Linen Service

We are limiting the number of times your sheets and towels are being touched. Instead of making up the beds and laying out the towels we are cleaning them, wrapping them in plastic, and placing them in a laundry bag inside the property.
