Enjoy this lovely, first floor 2 bedroom 2.5 bath vacation condo just steps from the beach. This condo offers an open living space where everyone can gather. There is a beautiful brand new dining table that allows everyone to eat together and it's a great space to play some games! Enjoy the constant ocean breezes out on the deck., or head over to the pool to cool off.
The kitchen is ready for you to cook up some local, fresh seafood. There is a full size washer & dryer for your convenience.
The primary bedroom is done in relaxing coastal colors and has a king-size bed, TV, walk in closet, and full bathroom.
The guest bedroom has a full bathroom with separate shower and tub, two twin beds, and twin trundle beds beneath each.

There are two dedicated parking spaces under the building. Note: the parking spaces are narrow. A truck can fit, but it's tight. The community pool (shared by only four units) and outdoor shower are next to the adjacent building. The public beach access is a short two-minute walk.

Enjoy all that Carolina Beach has to offer - outdoor music, summer fireworks, the famous boardwalk, restaurants, great seafood, bars, ice cream shops, coffee shops, pizza, a summer carnival, and of course Britt's Donuts. Also, on our island is the Kure Beach pier, NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher historic Civil War museum, and if you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle you can drive out onto the beach at Freeman Park.

Rent a paddle boat on the lake, rent a boat or jet skis on the inlet, surf fish, pier fish, or just lay on the beach soaking up the sun. With so many choices, you'll have as much or as little to do as you'd like during your vacation.

You must be at least 25 years old to enter into a rental contract
We provide the bedsheets, bath towels, pillows, bedspreads, and blankets.

NOTE: Canal drive is prone to flooding during strong storms & lunar/King high tides, the parking area and street out front may experience flooding during these tides. Please research the North Carolina King Tide Chart to see when this occurs.
