Kokomo
Welcome to Kokomo, a newly constructed beach town home with 3 bed, 2.5 bath, 1,631 sq ft and high-end finishes. Newly furnished & pet friendly! We welcome up to two dogs with a pet fee.
The top floor has an open floor plan - dining table with four chairs, a large living room with vaulted ceiling, wall mounted Smart TV, and plenty of seating. The kitchen has granite countertops, soft close cabinetry, ceramic tile backsplash, an island, pantry, Keurig, all brand new stainless appliances and a covered patio. Just off the living room is a half bath and the primary suite. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and a large wall mounted Smart TV. The master bathroom has a ceramic tile walk in shower and dual sinks. All flooring is high end LVP.
The lower-level has a second living room with a Smart TV and pull out queen-size sleeper sofa. The second and third bedrooms are on this floor, as well as a full bath. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and a Smart TV. The third bedroom has a Smart TV, ceiling fan, and a twin over full bunk bed.
We have a parking for up to three cars - one in the garage and two in the driveway. We also provide two beach bikes and a wagon for your beach gear. In the fenced in backyard, we have an outdoor shower to rinse off and a propane grill.
The public beach access is a short four block walk away, and we provide a cart for all your beach gear.
Enjoy all that Carolina Beach has to offer - outdoor music, summer fireworks, the famous boardwalk, restaurants, great seafood, bars, ice cream shops, coffee shops, pizza, a summer carnival, and of course Britt's Donuts. Also, on our island is the Kure Beach pier, NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher historic Civil War museum, and if you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle you can drive out onto the beach at Freeman Park.
Rent a paddle boat on the lake, rent jet skis on the inlet, surf fish, pier fish, or just lay on the beach soaking up the sun. With so many choices, you'll have as much or as little to do as you'd like during your vacation.
Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM

This home is very welcoming and VERY clean. This was my first time having a Vrbo/Airbnb and this experience is going to make any others have a high expectation. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The beds were comfy and the outside shower was really well appreciated! It’s a perfect place for a family to stay!

Overall very nice experience. The house is close to the beach as well as activities / restaurants.
The house was also very clean as well as organized!
We also called when we arrived in town and verified we could check in 1-2 hours early, there were no issues with that!

This home had everything we needed for our extended stay. We were very comfortable in this home. It was close proximity to many things- beach access, bars and restaurants like The Spot and the Tiki Bar. The property manager was a phone call away if needed. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Very accommodating property! We had plenty of stuff already there for our trip- like coffee, dish soap, trash bags, etc. We enjoyed riding the bikes to the beach. My dog appreciated the quick walk to the dog park. I personally enjoyed the walking trail that was close by.
The only odd thing that happened was in the master bedroom. The light would randomly come on in the middle of the night. It didn’t happen until someone was in the unit next to us. I think their controller was somehow triggering ours. It woke up us around 11pm 2 nights in a row. However, it wasn’t a make or break deal for us.

We loved the house and all its amenities. Great to have bikes and a garage!! Kitchen was well equipped with all we needed. The house was super clean, bright and comfortable. Thanks for a great getaway. We plan to stay longer next time.
