Sea Ya

The house was perfect for our family. Location was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked as we cooked most days.

We just checked out of Sea Ya after a week long family beach trip. Over the last ten years, we’ve stayed at numerous rentals and worked with various rental companies. David and his team are by far the best property management company we’ve ever worked with. From the moment we walked into the house, it was pristinely clean. Like spotless. You can tell they have a lot of pride in making sure their rentals are well taken care of. The amenities made such a difference as well - all of the appliances, storage containers, good pots and pans. And, the good quantity of beach chairs and wagons was wonderful!!!! This is our favorite place and company we’ve ever used and we can’t wait to book again next year. Thanks for making our beach trip so memorable!!!!

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday. It was a great location right across the street from the beach. The house was clean and all the necessities were thought of even a small Christmas tree. I would totally recommend.

We spent a week in July at Sea Ya and loved the place! Beautifully decorated, spotless, great view, steps from the beach, fully stocked kitchen, linens included....we couldn't have been happier with our stay.

This is a beautiful house directly across the street from the beach with easy walkable access to the beach. The location was perfect in between Kure Beach Pier and Carolina Beach Boardwalk, with lots of restaurants and arcades and things to do with the kids.

Everything about Sea Ya was amazing! Exquisitely clean, easy beach access, good ocean views and everything you need was provided, including beach stuff (chairs, towels, umbrellas, sand toys). We will definitely stay here again when going to Kure Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at See Ya. There was enough room for everyone to spread out, and the 3rd floor open concept was a great place to hang out together. The deck was a treat. We would stay there again.

We were in town for our son's wedding and needed a place with an elevator for the grandmas. We found this lovely place with multiple levels where we could spread out but still have a large kitchen and living area for all to gather. This place did not disappoint. It looked practically new. We really enjoyed sitting on the large deck just off the living room. All the comforts of home any many more. The decorations and decor were very calming. We would definitely return if we every needed a large accommodation in this area.

this house was a breath of fresh air. we have been staying in Wrightsville beach houses for years now and have had the most horrible nightmare dirty houses.
we are so glad we found this house. it was everything we had wanted in a rental vacation home. everything was provided and very, very clean. all the bathrooms were super clean and not any mold in sight. the kitchen was fully stocked and super clean as well. there is a vacuum and other supplies provided. the sheets and towels are soft and got a good sleep. the views from the main deck of the house is great. the house is very close to the beach and the community pool is great for the kids. our kids loved going to the pool and they made friends with other kids staying in the other townhomes.
would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay at this house again next year.

Sea Ya is an absolutely amazing place to stay at the beach. It is the cleanest, best appointed and most welcoming place we have ever stayed. We will certainly come back when we need this much space. Unfortunately, we have to leave beach life Tuesday morning. We wish we could stay several more days.

We spent 4 days at this property as part of a family event. We enjoyed our stay and everything was great.

There was a mix up at the beginning about our reservation. Owner had not checked that it had been rented late and had let friends go. It was cleared up quickly and our vacation was nice. Great views of ocean. Easy and close access to the beach. Only recommendations for owner would be to put a chair or bench in bedrooms. Hard to use high bed to get dressed. Also to make it more handicapped or disability friendly one walk in shower could have a fold down chair and a handrail. Also a handrail at one of the toilets would be great. Shades/curtains on the sliding glass doors in living room would help with being able to see the tv when sun is shining bright. It was furnished with beautiful furniture. Great outdoor furniture on top deck to enjoy a meal or just relax and enjoy the view. Additional outdoor furniture for other outdoor areas would be an added plus. One of the main reasons we chose this property was due to taking my 93 yr old mother who uses a walker and this property has an elevator. She lived in the area growing up and wanted to make one more trip. So hard to find a property that had elevator and also dog friendly. So this property is a plus for being dog friendly and having a elevator along with the great location/views. We will use this property again in the future and highly recommend it. The other nice touch was owner having beach chairs and beach towels and a beach wagon for your use.

This property checked off all our boxes- great location with easy beach access, pool for kids, partial view of ocean for lounging on 3rd level porch, home layout with quality amenities. Great experience.Definitely want to return.

We loved the townhouse and it’s views of and proximity to the ocean. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We would definitely enjoy staying here again. We also loved the little pool down the street.

Family, family. Had a great time. We liked how the bed rooms were set up. Plenty of room in the common area. Close to the beach and pool was nice. Our children and grandkids had a ball

The house is beautiful, very clean, well laid out, and very close to the beach and restaurants. The house was well stocked with the basics we needed and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so much and would love to come back!

We rented this place as a last minute getaway for 2 families to spend some quality time together. The 4 bedroom layout with the kids room was perfect for our needs. Great house, cozy layout with lots of room and the proximity to the beach access was perfect without paying beachfrom prices. The house was well equiped with very nice features and appliances, tools, TV's etc. We would deifinitely stay here again!

Sea-ya is a perfect place to unwind ,sitting on the balcony watching the world go by, steps from the beach. There is everything you need in an extremely over stocked kitchen. You really only need to pack your swim gear and tooth brush. Can’t wait to return.

Wonderful stay, great amenities and atmosphere. Very convenient access to the beach. Decor is outstanding! I highly recommend. Sea Ya and we will Sea ya’ll soon again!!
