The property was amazing. Just as listed. So close to the beach, and a ton of space for everyone to spread out in. Everything was beautiful and well kept. And they had a full closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, games, boogie boards, and even a giant wagon to carry it all with! Really an amazing space, especially for the price!Also, it doesn't list it explicitly in the description, but the elevator goes all the way up to the third floor. This really made a huge difference with our parents who have more limited mobility.And, I was pleasantly surprised that the property was super dog friendly. They had bowls out and waiting along with toys, a dog blanket, and cleanup bags. And the beach allows dogs before 9am and after 5pm during the summer. I think it was literally the best week of my dog's life! She had so much fun playing on the beach every morning.Overall, we could not have been happier. Thanks for an amazing week.

Highly recommend using A1 property management listings, super professional. House was perfect. We had a small issue while we were there and Trish handled it professionally. I will only use A1 property management listings via Airbnb every time we visit the beach. This is my second experience with them and I will not go any place else, but with A1 property management listings.

The property was clean and plenty of supplies to get us started.

House was great with a location easy for walking to beach and walking trail. The only thing I would have liked is more severe bag bowls/dishes but it was a great house and we enjoyed the fireworks from the rooftop deck

Pieces was a great vacation home! It was close to the beach and a walking trail. It was away from the downtown area but just a quick drive to restaurants,coffee shops and grocery store. The house was clean and up to date. The master on the 3rd floor had a great bed that was very comfortable. The only negatives was it could have used more serving dishes/plates and serving utensils. We had a great time with the family. Also loved the amenities for our dog! Thank you for a great week - we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! It’s incredibly welcoming from the moment you walk in—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for guests. The pet-friendly aspect was a huge plus for us, and it made traveling so much easier knowing our furry family member was just as welcome.The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook real meals, not just the basics, which we really appreciated. The whole space feels cared for and easy to settle into, making it perfect for a relaxing beach getaway.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, pet-friendly place by the beach.

We rented Pie Seas for a long weekend with family and absolutely loved the house. The elevator was an added bonus moving luggage in and out. Loved all the balconies. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the closet downstairs provided everything you need for a fun day at the beach. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Exactly as described. There was plenty of space for people to all gather on the main floor, but also plenty of space to sneak away for some peace and quiet. Will definitely be back.

We had a great time at Pie Seas. Just blocks from the beach the location is fantastic. The house was fully stocked and A1 makes the whole process from reservation to check out so easy.

The house is very comfortable. There is space to "get away" from every one, have privacy, and be together with the group. The property accommodated everyone's changing mood. The house was clean and in good condition. Access to the beach was acceptable although we visit Fort Fisher mostly for beach time. I have rented thru A-1 before and been pleased with their services.

Gorgeous, clean, well-appointed vacation home. Comfortable bed, linens, plenty of dishwater and kitchenware, beautiful decks and surroundings.

Our stay was perfect. The home was very comfortable, very clean and close to everything! The multiple balconies were amazing for sunrise and morning coffee! Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds!

The Rental Company, A1 Property Management, was exceptional to work with and made the stay worry-free and smooth with arrival and departure! Absolute wonderful time and look forward to renting again when we come back to Carolina Beach!

Lovely home, we had a constant ocean breeze and beautiful weather. The home was gorgeous and clean. Lots of beach towels provided as well as beach gear. The elevator worked great and we loved all the board games! We really had no issues so I had no reason to really reach out for any assistance once we arrived. We were in very close proximity to tons of shops and restaurants and of course the beach. There is a very close trail nearby that we walked our dog on. We were sad to leave!

We held a family reunion in three different houses. I managed to fall at one of the other houses and broke my knee. The elevators in this house saved my vacation. Had a wonderful time with family from three states.

We had the best time at Carolina Beach and thoroughly enjoyed this rental. There were 13 of us who drove from Ohio to celebrate my dad's 88th birthday (he lives in Wilmington). There was plenty of room for everyone and we never felt crowded at all. The short walk to the beach and all the beach items available for our use was very much appreciated! We had rented from A1 before on several occasions and this unit was not quite as "kitchen stocked" as others but still definitely manageable. We had a few questions upon arrival and staff was very responsive and friendly. That is why we LOVE using A1 Property Management for our visits south!

This home was perfect for two families. It has two bedrooms with King beds for the adults and plenty of options for the kids to spread out. Having three showers was awesome. Home was very clean when we arrived. Check in was very easy as it is just a door code that was sent a day in advance. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and plenty of dishes and silverware. It is close enough to walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.
