Mimzie's Place

Great house! Plenty of room for our family of ten. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and the rooftop deck was a great place to watch sunsets. It was an easy walk to the relatively uncrowded beach. Having a pool was an added bonus. The only complaint we would have is that parking was a little tight for three vehicles.

house has a great layout. Spacious bedrooms, fantastic top floor where all 3 families could hang out, and the roof on the 4th of July was the place to be. Would love to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The layout of bedrooms was perfect for our group. The main floor was open and roomy with very comfortable furnishings and a well appointed kitchen. Location was great with short walk to beach and parks. The pool was an added bonus for our grandchildren. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

It takes a great deal of effort and research when coordinating a family vacation to find the right location, home, and amenities that meets everyones "wants". MIMZIE'S PLACE, was beyond our expectation. It was nestled in a nice, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, ample room for everyone to have their own space, huge family room and kitchen (stocked well) area (if only those walls could talk from all the gatherings). The private pool and elevator were a huge bonus. A1 Property Mgt. were super easy and very accommodating. Great people to work with! The family is already requesting to go back to Carolina Beach, Mimzie's Place!

What a beautiful place! It is the most accurately depicted VRBO I have experienced. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The decor is so lovely and tasteful, and the house is immaculately clean. We enjoyed the pool, the porches, and the top deck very much. There was nothing lacking, and it was a privilege to stay at Mimzie’s!

We had a fantastic stay at Mimize's Place! It was gorgeous, spacious, and close to the beach. We loved that we were able to eat dinner outside, hang out on the decks outside of our rooms, and swim in the pool. Great place--highly recommend!

Our stay was great at Mimzie’s Place. The duplex is modern and nicely decorated. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. All of the bedrooms were a good size and comfortable. A very nice rental!

The property management communications were prompt and professional. The rental is amazing. I would definitely recommend it for any planned stay. Having a pool and elevator was so nice, especially since my grandkids were there.

We had a wonderful time at the house celebrating my birthday with my 3 sisters and their husbands. The house was immaculate, spacious and well stocked. Everyone loved that each bedroom had their own en-suite bathroom. The pool was the perfect size and temperature, and the beautiful sandy beach was a quick two-block walk away.

Absolutely awesome home. Evert aspect of this vacation was top shelf, from the super comfortable beds to the proximity of the beach activities. The local restaurants offered a large selection of delicious meals, especially fresh sea food. The home itself is spacious and cozy, with an incredible view.
Having an elevator was neat and made loading and unloading our necessities very convenient. The kitchen area was imminence and stocked well for home cooking. My family had an excellent experience and will definitely return.

We arrived to Mimzie's it was fabulous close access to beach, food, The Peach Cobbler Factory amazing. The location was awesome,the home was everything we'd looked for and found all we desired! Truly amazing property.

Had a great time at this property and was brand new! Well decorated and lots of space. Very close to the beach and the overall experience was just great. We would rent again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations and the fully stocked kitchen! We were celebrating my mother‘s 80th birthday so the elevator was a huge necessity. Being that we had an 80-year-old and a one-year-old we rented a golf cart and there was the perfect spot to charge. There was one towel per person so we might bring a few extra towels next time. The home is beautiful, the neighborhood is wonderful, and we will certainly rent it again! Porch sitting was a favorite for all of us! David/A1 was wonderful to work with!
