Incredible rental home and experience - great amenities and the decor was the talk of the weekend.

Great house for the size of our group. Beautiful views and great access to the beach. Had everything we needed.

Great place with everything we needed

House was in very good condition- clean and ready for our arrival. The property company worked with the owners to allow us into the house at noon instead of 4 PM. They responded quickly to questions and there were no unresolved issues. The 2 kitchens contained everything you might possibly need to prepare a full Thanksgiving dinner for 12! The location is perfect! Nice decks and private walkway to the ocean! You could ask for a better spot. I’d highly recommended this house for a large group who require 10 bedrooms; 6 bathrooms.

We had a great time. The house is in an excellent location and beautifully decorated. The views are incredible from the kitchen and family room on the second floor. Both kitchens are well stocked with anything you could possibly need. The house was very clean. The pool was a huge hit for both the kids and grandkids. Great grandma loved sitting under the back porch watching everyone swim in the pool. There was plenty of parking. We had no issues with parking 9 cars. It was close to a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk area. Publix is only a mile away. The house was a perfect fit for our family get together. Missed being there this morning as I had my coffee on my deck.

We have stayed at other rentals and Sand By Me far exceeded them all. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own room and the family rooms were perfect for gathering. There were fourteen of us. We were amazed at how well provisioned the house is, even beach towels and dog bowls were provided. Only one thing stood out. The part of the walk to the beach as you neared the beach needs hand rails as the elderly in our group had a bit of trouble navigating there. All in all it was a wonderful experience and our hosts were outstanding. Thank you

The house was perfect for our two families. Both levels had two kitchens and bedrooms so we were able to cook separate meals and get together for games and drinks. Right on the beach with a pool. We had wonderful time. Management responded immediately to our few concerns.

Wonderful location and plenty of space for our family reunion. Ages ranged from 10 to 78 and we all had a great time!

Our family had an incredible stay at this beautiful vacation home in Carolina Beach! The house was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for our large family. It provided the ideal balance of privacy and togetherness, with enough room for quiet moments and plenty of space for family gatherings.
We especially loved the large dining table, which was perfect for family meals, and the spacious kitchen with an island that became our favorite spot for late-night snacks and conversations. The Nespresso machines were a delightful bonus—there was nothing better than sipping a delicious espresso while watching the sunrise from the balcony.
One of the highlights of our stay was the lower level that opened directly to the pool area. It became a central hub for laughter, relaxation, and fun pool games with the whole family. And the private, easy walk to the beach was absolutely amazing. Being able to go back and forth between the beach and the house with ease made the trip comfortable for everyone, from kids to grandparents.
This home had everything we needed for a relaxing, memorable, and joy-filled vacation. We can’t wait to go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sand By Me at Carolina Beach. We had 17 family members and had plenty of room. The house was clean and well kept. Both kitchens were well stocked with anything that we needed. Our family could not come the entire week. I was very appreciative that we could rent the house for part of the week. It is a great location. I look forward to staying there again.

Perfect home for our large group of 15 family members. The house has all the needed amenities and was very clean. The boardwalk over the dunes gives access to a large beach area at low tide. The early morning view from the living room gave way to a beautiful sunrise over the ocean. High recommend and would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

I had such a wonderful experience and time while staying at Sand By Me. The house is conveniently located and just steps from the ocean. The view from the top deck is breathtaking! The home itself was virtually spotless and was very well-stocked for our family. The management company was very pleasant to work with as well! The pool is refreshing and was very clean. I have this property on the top of my list for future stays.

I spent a week at Sand By Me in April of 2025 and we had an absolutely delightful time. The house is truly beautiful and well maintained, and everything in it is beautiful and comfortable. We especially loved the pool and the quick private access to the beach. My friends and I were immediately talking about trying to come back in the future.We had one small issue while there and A1 immediately worked with us to solve it, then quickly sent someone out to fix it when we weren’t able to troubleshoot it ourselves. I would give both the house and the management 5 stars, and would absolutely stay here again. It was a wonderful experience!

I was so excited to share this home with my friends for a week. I loved sitting at the edge of the boardwalk to watch waves, doing yoga on the deck, and swimming in the heated pool all day long. The rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of space to play games and relax. Our host and management were super responsive and accommodating. So grateful for the memories I made in this pocket of paradise.

I highly enjoyed my stay here. The house is wonderful; truly a breathtaking experience. The two different floor levels fully loaded with a living room and kitchen makes it easy to split larger parties into different groups; quiet vs loud group for example. Rooms had individual AC units as well so we could adjust for those who ran hot and those who wanted it toastier. The views are amazing and the heated pool made swimming accessible for all hours of the day. Cabinets and drawers were labeled for easy clean up and keeping things organized and there were so many seating/lounging options which made it a pleasure to utilize the whole house. Getting to the beach was so easy with the direct personal boardwalk and private shower with hot water! I would love to come back and highly recommend it for others.

I’ve stayed in the house a few times with family and friends and will always come back! Rooms for everybody means personal space and I LOVE that four rooms have little porch access with space to read and unwind. Stocked with games, puzzles, books, and smart TVs there is truly something for everybody if you don’t want to go down to the beach or want to lay by the pool. All of that and a fully stocked kitchen with supplies you can almost just show up and you are good to go. Management was super easy to work with whenever we needed anything. Cannot recommend this house enough! Great views and great times!
