Welcome to Andrea’s Place—a spacious, dog-friendly coastal retreat offering 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 10 guests. Located on the right side of a duplex, this home boasts a beautiful ocean view and convenient access to a community pool—everything you need for a memorable beach vacation.
On the main level, you’ll find a bright and open living space featuring the kitchen, dining area, half bath, and welcoming living room. Relax on the deck with ocean views or enjoy movie nights with cable TV. The living room also includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.
Head upstairs to the third floor, where three bedrooms and two full bathrooms await. The primary suite features a king bed, private ocean-view balcony, and en-suite bathroom. Down the hall, you'll find a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, a full-size washer and dryer, and two additional large bedrooms—one with a queen bed and vaulted ceiling and the other with two twin beds.
The ground floor offers a private fourth bedroom with a queen bed and its own full bathroom—perfect for guests seeking extra privacy.
Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway. Additional parking cannot be accommodated on the property or in the grass, as unauthorized vehicles will be towed. If traveling with more than two vehicles, please refer to the Local Info & FAQs for alternative parking locations.
Just a two-minute walk takes you to public beach access, and you’ll find the Kure Beach Pier only two blocks away. The community pool sits directly behind the home for easy access. Please note the pool is managed by an external HOA; unexpected closures do not qualify for refunds or discounts.

Dog Policy & Local Beach Rules:
While this home welcomes dogs, the Town of Kure Beach enforces the following:
- No dogs on the beach April 1 – September 30
- Leashed dogs allowed October 1 – March 31
- Guests must carry a waste bag or container at all times and produce it upon request from enforcement personnel.
- Year-round, dogs are allowed on the beach at:
Freeman Park (north end of Carolina Beach)
Fort Fisher State Recreation Area (just south of the house)
- In Carolina Beach, leashed dogs are permitted on the beach before 9am and after 5pm April 1 – September 30, and are welcome at all times during the off-season.
Bike Safety:
The Kure Beach Police Department requires helmets for all bike riders. Please bring your own or rent from Pleasure Island Rentals.

This was our second time at Kure Beach, staying at Andrea's Place. It is a great location, so close to the beach, the boardwalk, the pier. The house is lovely, clean, cozy and well outfitted. The pool was a great place to cool off after the beach. The management and owner were very responsive to our needs. We would highly recommend it and would be very happy to stay there again.

It was wonderful. Wish there was something to cover the one-bedroom windows. It was too much light early in the morning. Would have been nice to have had some chairs on the decks that didn't have them. Overall, it was a great stay. Would have been great if you could have parked more than 2 vehicles.

We found Andrea's Place very clean and uncluttered.
Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was well stocked and having a pantry was a real plus!
The whole place was exactly like the pictures we reviewed before booking it. We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for the six of us.

I really enjoyed the location, and I loved the 3 floors (bedroom and bath on 1st floor and rest of bedrooms on 3rd floor). Close walk to the beach and could walk to the pier and restaurants nearby.

The condo was perfect for a visit with my daughter and 2 grown granddaughters. Walking distance to the beach and lots of places to shop. There was even a turtle hatching that was about to take place. Would loved to have been able to stick around for the big event. The condo was clean, stocked and very comfortable. We will stay here again.

Great place to stay. The rental property is decorated and furnished nicely with plenty of space for a larger group. The location is just a few minutes walk from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet. Ping pong table in the garage was good fun for the whole family. Enjoyed the restaurants at the pier and Michaels’s Seafood.

Overall this was a great place to stay and conveniently located to the beach and pier. The home was in great shape and overall clean. Only negative things we found is the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes that had been in there quite some time(the smell was horrible) and the coffee pot was not made for the coffee maker so the filter container trigger did not engage causing coffee to overflow onto the counter. Would definitely come back to this house.

We loved staying at Andrea's Place. We recommend the pool schedule be used during the busy seasons regardless of the pandemic situation. We were able to plan our day around the time we got the pool when we wanted to use it. The property is clean, and super close to the beach. Pantry was stocked with board games and television in each room was accommodating for the large group. Awesome stay all around!!!

We rented Andrea's Place form A1 Property Rentals, and loved our stay. We had 10 folks in the house, and still felt there was plenty of room. Our kids loved the pool access, and because of COVID, there was a pool schedule. We highly recommend to the company and the other companies around that this schedule stay in effect even beyond the COVID pandemic, as it kept visitors from monopolizing the pool while also keeping the small pool experience very fun and private.

The house is awesome. Very clean, great beds, clean bathrooms, new and spacious. Beach was beautiful, very clean and family friendly. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and biking down the street to get ice cream each night.
Our first stay at Kure Beach with two kids and four adults. We had a lovely time. The house had enough space and was in a perfect location - beach views and sounds and a short walk to the sand.
