Paid Parking Schedule
Paid parking in Carolina Beach typically runs March 15 through September 30, from 8 AM to 6 PM daily.

- $6 per hour
- $25 per day
- $125 per week

Freeman Park (4x4 Beach)
- Required: 4x4 access passes are required year-round.
- Daily Pass: $50 (April–Sept) | $30 (Oct–March).
- Annual Pass: $225 (discounted to $110 if bought in person during December).

Golf Cart Requirements
Golf carts and low-speed vehicles are permitted on Pleasure Island when operated safely and legally.
- Driver must be 16+ with a valid license
- Allowed only on roads 35 MPH or less
- Seat belts required
- Must have proper safety equipment
- All standard traffic laws apply
- Failure to follow local regulations may result in fines.
Golf carts can be rented from SunFun Rentals or from Icon Superstore Golf Cart Rentals in Carolina Beach.

Fort Fisher State Recreation Area
