This was truly the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in—and we have stayed in many. The home was absolutely gorgeous, with top-of-the-line furnishings and thoughtful details throughout. It had everything anyone could possibly need: games, cozy throw blankets, fully stocked kitchen items, and more.

We stayed over Christmas and were initially concerned about not having a tree or decorations, but those worries disappeared immediately. The owners had tastefully placed Christmas décor in every room, including a stunning white coastal-themed tree in the living room that paired perfectly with the electric fireplace. It made the home feel warm, festive, and incredibly welcoming.

The room off the kitchen with a desk that could be closed off was a perfect setup for my husband to work remotely while we were there. The layout offered plenty of space, so no one ever felt on top of each other. We especially loved that everyone had their own bathroom—each one beautifully decorated.

The private backyard was a heaven-sent. We enjoyed the high-end outdoor furniture, huge TV, hot tub, and impressive grill. There was also a gorgeous pool and a lovely fire pit. Although it was winter and we didn’t visit the beach, the home was fully stocked with beach chairs, floats, balls, and coolers, which would be fantastic in warmer months.

Having a garage that fit two cars was another great bonus. Words truly don’t do this home justice—it is absolutely amazing. The only thing we regret is not staying longer!

We had a wonderful time. The house is great and the surrounding area had a lot of things to do.

We stayed here for a week in July and it was a great house! It truly had everything we wanted or needed and the property management company was responsive to questions and well organized. We loved the pool and the beach was a quick golf cart ride away. Everyone on our trip agreed- we’d love to come back!

Our family of 5 & our dog stayed at the property. It was very clean, modern, fully stocked with all the starter supplies needed & close to everything. We had plenty of room (and more) to spread out. The pool was so nice especially after a long hot day of site-seeing. There was plenty of room for parking (including the garage if you choose to). The house is close to a trail so it made walking the dog so much nicer (poop bags & trash cans are located along the way).
We had a couple of minor issues that were addressed very quickly. The A1 team was so helpful/friendly. We had a wonderful time & we’re so sad to leave!

Beautiful home. It was in a nice location, lots to do all around us or we could just stay in the house because it had a relaxing atmosphere. Really enhanced our vacation.

We had a lovely stay with a group of family and friends. Vacation home was very clean, with lots of amenities made available to us. I cooked a beautiful Thanksgiving meal in the well stocked kitchen. Everyone was comfortable, fat, and happy! Home was in a great location, and surrounding neighbors were friendly. Being close to grocery stores and restaurants made it very easy for everyone to get around. We also brought along our family dog and he loved the easy walks to the beach and park, everyone did! A1 property management was very helpful and quick to answer questions even on a busy holiday. Our family made some wonderful and fun memories in this comfortable, and beautiful home. We all decided we will definitely make our way back to this fantastic gem to make more.

This is by far the nicest beach house our adult familu has ever stayed it. The interior was immaculant and beautiful. The back yard was a vacation oasis in itself. The management company was very responsive with the minor issue we have. I hope to make the house a regular vacation spot.

Property was well maintained and A1 management was very responsive and easy to work with to small issue we had. Plan to stay here again!!

This house was fantastic for a family with children and extended family. The owners stocked the house with quality furniture and kitchen supplies. We treated the home as if it was ours because it was so nice. We all commented on how even the mattresses were fantastic. The owner was super responsive. We will be booking here again!!
