All Docked Out is certainly all about the views! Come enjoy this spectacular home ON THE WATER w/ a 31-foot Boat dock! Looking for easy boat access with just a one block walk to the beach? Then look no further because this is the right place for you!
This is an immaculate 3 bed, 2 full bath first floor town home. Watch the boats go by and take in the beautiful sunsets over the canal! There is even a view of the ocean from the balcony off the second bedroom. And as your deck is covered, you can sit in the shade, out of the sun, and even sit there if it's raining (although it hardly rains at the beach!) Each bedroom and the living room have wall mounted Smart TV's (built in Roku) and Spectrum cable, The open floor plan kitchen, dining, & living area has lots of windows to take in the views. You will have two covered parking spaces under the building, one parking space in the driveway, a ground floor storage closet to store all your beach gear, and an outdoor shower. Parking for 3 cars or a boat trailer and 1 to 2 cars. Carport height is 7.5ft.
We have a king-size bed in the primary bedroom with a new mattress (July 2022), a king-size bed in the second bedroom, and a queen-size bed in the third bedroom.
Come stay with us here at All Docked Out and experience all that Carolina Beach and Kure Beach have to offer: The summer is a special time here, and you can enjoy free outdoor music, fireworks, stroll along the boardwalk and try a Britt's donut, or head over to Squiggly's for some ice cream. This is the perfect vacation destination for the whole family with loads of fun things to do and see, but don't forget to relax on the beach!

Note: Canal drive is prone to flooding in low-lying areas during lunar & king high tides. The carport area is elevated here, however the street out front may flood during these events. Please look into the King Tide Chart online to be aware if this will happen during your travel dates.

This condo is great: it's perfectly located for great marina views and walking distance from the beach, it's clean and nicely furnished. The couple of things to keep in mind: 1. There was no dead bolt/child proof lock on the door, and my 2yr old toddler was opening the door very fast and easy. 2. Another thing is the demand to take the clean dishes out of the dishwasher. It takes 2,5 hours to go through the cycle, so it turned out to be inconvenient when trying to leave in the morning.

Loved absolutely everything other than grungy floors and a very uncomfortable bed in the master, so, so comfortable beds in the other bedrooms, and rental property feeling furniture in the living room. The view is fabulous! The distance to the beach is great! The amenities are great! The interaction with the property management group was wonderful! I will stay here again because of the overall experience, but hope my feet will feel less dirty inside the unit next time. I also hope, at a minimum, the master bedroom mattress is flat (currently has 2 ruts in it and is a one-sided mattress, so there is not way to flip it and get more comfort). If these items were fixed this a a PERFECT place to stay.

Great property! The only issue is you can hear every footstep of the unit above. Also, I wished I had contacted rental company and asked for directions on the thermostat. I would turn the temperature down and less than an hour later it was set to a different temperature.

Home was very nice and in a great location. Views from the balcony were gorgeous. The only negative was the bed in the master was too soft and the sheets were too small for the bed, they didn’t fit the bed. The place was very clean and in a great location.

Great location, beautiful views, kitchen was very well stocked. Our pet loved it too.
The rental was clean, well furnished (although we used very little of the furnishings). The location was great and we loved staying sound side with only a short walk to the beach. For being titled “All Decked Out” the deck lacked a high table with chairs and/or nice lounge chairs. All in all, a relaxing place to stay.
