items. Whether you take the tranquil nine-minute walk to the beach via Ocean Blvd or South
Carolina Ave or the two-minute bike ride to the Island Greenway, your much needed relaxation is
closer than you think! This island getaway offers over 2,200 square feet of upscale living space
with vaulted ceilings, modern beach decor, and lovely outdoor spaces.
Whether you’re enjoying morning coffee, the ocean air, or returning home after a full day at the
beach, relax as you watch your favorite TV shows outside on the covered front deck. The
beautiful back patio is a great beach hideaway to enjoy sea breezes and a good book while the
little ones are napping. Completely enclosed by a privacy fence, the yard offers seating for the
whole crew, including a fun surfboard table and lounge seating area. Prepare meals on the gas
grill, enjoy a homestyle cookout, or play cornhole with the complimentary games provided.
For some physical activity, enjoy walks, runs or biking on the neighboring streets or visit the Mike
Chappell Park via the Island Greenway. The park features a playground, pickleball, tennis, and
basketball courts, and the CB Skate park. There are 2 miniature golf courses within a 7 min drive.
Food connoisseurs and shopping enthusiasts will enjoy Lake Park Blvd, known as one of Carolina
Beach’s top places for family-fun with the boardwalk, restaurants, amusement park rides (in
season), the famous Britt’s Donuts, ice cream, boutiques, and grocery stores nearby. Fireworks
are a huge family hit on Thursday nights during the summer. This property provides easy access
to Dow Road, the locals secret alternative bypass to traverse the island.
Play after dinner board games, snuggle up on sofas and an armchair by the gas fireplace, or
watch movies through your favorite apps on the 65-inch Samsung TV in the open living space. The
DVD library allows guests of all ages to enjoy movies in their rooms. The gourmet kitchen is
perfect for those who prefer to skip the restaurant crowds and create fun family memories. Enjoy
granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, a walk-in pantry, and a full suite of stainless steel
appliances (including a microwave, crockpot, toaster, and waffle iron). Hot beverage connoisseurs
will appreciate the French press, coffee grinder, coffee maker, Keurig, and electric hot water kettle.
Kid-friendly dishware, utensils, and cookbooks are also provided. Perch at the kitchen island, set
the rustic-chic dining table, or set the kid's table for meals. A highchair, booster seat and baby gate
is also provided for the wee ones. Other family-friendly extras include beach gear (wagon,
umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards, chairs, beach tent shelter, baby sun shade and beach towels),
an indoor play tent, and a Pack 'n Play (sheet not provided). Indoor andoutdoor games including tennis
and pickleball equipment, bocci ball, volleyball, basketball, spike ball and a water table.
Complimentary high-speed fiber internet, a washer/dryer, an outdoor
shower, a collection of puzzles, books, and DVDs, and a second fridge are available for your use
during your stay. A Tesla EV charger is also on site for guest use only.

●There is ongoing construction in this neighborhood, and noise may be heard during your
stay.
● Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-8am. Large gatherings, parties, and events are strictly
prohibited.
● Parking notes: Parking is available for 1 car in the guest garage and 4 cars in the driveway.
Please do not park on the street or on the grass as there is an irrigation system in place.
● Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique
code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
