Blue Heaven

Our experience was excellent- the place was exactly what our family needed- the place was spacious for our family- the kids had their own bedrooms. The layout is perfect. The proximity to the beach was great and the views of the ocean were amazing. We had everything we needed- not far from grocery store and restaurants. We would love to come back in the future

With its high ceilings and large rooms, this home gives your family the space you need to spread out. A main bedroom on each floor provides privacy. Large closets in the bedrooms and plentiful storage space in the kitchen frees the living areas from clutter.

The covered deck off the living room is small, but the two bedroom covered decks are larger and accommodate more people.

The location can't be beat for walking to the Veggie Wagon (and around the lake), the Boardwalk, and downtown Carolina Beach.

The property management company goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Any issues that arise are handled immediately and with care.

We've been renting from A1 Property Management since the business started, and they've always made us feel like family.

There were 7 of us and our first time to Carolina Beach. Blue Heaven is beautiful. It was very clean, decor was very nice, everything you need is there. Property manager was very nice. This property is a 2 minute walk to the beach, 7 minute walk to the boardwalk. Shops and restaurants all around you. We loved it here and plan on coming back. Thank you for making our getaway vacation so nice

This has been one of our favorite rentals yet. The location is great, close to everything. The rental is directly across the street from beach access. Very clean and exactly as pictured. The only thing I would change is the lock to main door- very hard to see keypad in hallway- would switch to lit number lock. We hope to stay here again- it was perfect!

We really enjoyed this beach house! The location to the beach is great, you are within walking distance to the boardwalk, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The house was spacious enough for our group of 8. We will definitely be back.

We had and outstanding stay. The unit is excellent with plenty of room for sleeping and relaxing. It's also in an excellent location, in easy walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. I highly recommend this unit/apartment.

This house has everything you need. I like that linens are provided. Beads are comfortable. The location is great. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

We had the best time at this rental. The house was very nice and spacious for our group. The walk to the beach made it feel oceanfront and the views were great!

We found that the washing machine wasn't working properly and contacted the property manager. We received a reply immediately. A repair person was dispatched. A part had to be ordered so there was going to be a delay in repair. The property manager offered to come to the property to collect anything that needed to be laundered and return it to us clean. That offer made their commitment to customer service clear to us! We would love to stay at Blue Heaven again!

The house was amazing, we loved that it was just steps away from beach access and also within walking distance to the fair and downtown eateries. We rarely had to get in our car to go. The house had 3 different balconies and every one had their own space. We will keep this house in mind for future visits!

We had the best time celebrating a birthday. The house was perfect for 8 people. Very spacious and loved that every room had access to a bathroom and each room had a TV. 2 rooms had a private balcony access. We could park 3 cars at the house (1 in garage and 2 in driveway). Loved that all access to the home was via key pad or pad lock so we didn’t need to keep track of physical keys going back and forth to the beach. The beach access was directly across from the house. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you so much for the accommodations!

We have been staying at Blue Heaven for approx. 9 years and love it! Carolina Beach is a great place for a relaxing family vacation. The unit is spacious, lovely, and a wonderful place to get away from the hectic pace of everyday life. Everyone is friendly and access to the beach is right across the street. There is a view of the ocean from the deck and sunrise at the beach is so awesome. The unit also has an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. We love the convenience of being able to walk to many great restaurants and the boardwalk. It's also a short drive to Wilmington and Kure Beach for other activities.

A1 Property Management provided easy understandable instructions for our stay. Blue Heaven is an ideal rental if you want to be near the beach and walking distance from everything you would need or want on your vacation. The property provided more than ample space for our family of seven.

My family had a great time and almost everything was great except the problem with the wifi and the garage. Called maintenance about the garage but got no response during the entire stay.

We were pleased with the property. Probably the second nicest place we have stayed in 20 years of renting on Carolina Beach. I wish A-1 would have gotten back to me on two issues (1 minor, one major) I reported.

My friends and I have been traveling together for over 15 years. We have been friends for 28 years. We have been to CB the past two years and we really love it. Blue Heaven was just the heaven we needed! We love the location to the beach and to all the walkable restaurants... our favorite (one of yours too) is the Celtic Creamery- coconut ice cream yassss! The folks over at A1 Property have been GREAT! Mrs. Sue gave us the best recommendations and gave us some history. Its good to be able to come to the beach for two weeks... we vacationed the first week and worked the second week. (We each worked in our rooms so we could work remotely.) Thanks Blue Heaven for providing the place & space for our girls trip!
