Carolina Sunrise

Our first time at Carolina Sunrise, not our first time at Carolina Beach. Place was clean and well done and well stocked. We really appreciated the access to the kids sand toys and chairs in the storage locker, Nice touch! We hope to be back next year.

Nice location and no issues with property.

Beautiful and clean condo with a great view. Four adults stayed and we had ample room. Kitchen is pretty well equipped and appliances worked well. Nice to have laundry available in the condo. Pool is well maintained. The location is nice but a long walk to center CB attractions. Yes you can drive but you must pay to park everywhere now. Overall - a great place to stay.

This was our third visit to Carolina Sunrise, and it did not disappoint. We really love the location, the grassy area between the beach and condo, and the views. This time we brought our eight-year-old granddaughter, who loved eating on the covered deck overlooking the ocean and protected from the sun. The pool is a plus if you're traveling with children. The large, open parking lot means you don't have to juggle parking spaces. The working elevator made move-in a breeze. We appreciate the recent updates to the interior of the condo, especially the flooring. Carolina Sunrise is comfortable, clean, and inviting. We called our first review A Home Away From Home, and we still think that's true.

Had everything we needed. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Comfortable bed. AC nice and cold. No issues (other than pool was closed all week for maintenance).

This condo was very nice, clean, well furnished, comfortable beds, quality linens, nicely stocked kitchen with great ice maker in refrigerator and a PERFECT view of the beautiful ocean! The deck furniture is really nice and comfortable, with both “high and low” seating. TV’s we’re nice and we had no problem streaming. Internet was strong.
The elevator worked well throughout our stay, which is critical for us. The location is very convenient to restaurants, the aquarium, ft fisher and not far from Wilmington. The little restaurant across the street was a real plus, serving breakfast ‘til 2 pm. The manager staff was responsive to questions and the rental process was easy. We will definitely rent this condo again!

The location and property were both excellent.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Carolina Beach. We enjoy a quiet, relaxing atmosphere when at the beach. A1 Property and Carolina Sunrise Unit 20A did not disappoint. Specifically, we enjoyed the comfortable deck chairs on the balcony. Elevator was a must for us, due to husband health issues. Clean, beautifully decorated unit. Will definitely stay at this property again in the future. Extra bonus was 2 restaurants within walking distance and another with delivery service. All reasonably priced.

From the beginning of my rental to the end of my stay I can honestly say there was not one complaint the rental was extremely clean the accessibility to the beach to restaurants were A-Management response to my emails when I had questions were quick and very explanatory I would definitely go through them again to rent a vacation home/condo

Very relaxing....condo was great...weather was fabulous!!!! We thank you for the opportunity to spend our vacation at Carolina Sunrise ! Only drawback was the huge unsightly piping for beach restoration !!!! ..... once completed, the beach will be absolutely terrific !!

We had a wonderful time at the oceanfront beach condo. Everything was as described, very clean, well stocked and wonderful view. Highly recommend this unit!

This has been the best condo we have stayed at. Very clean, has all amenities, beautiful deck to watch the ocean and the beach, and comfortable beds.

Exactly what we wanted and needed with no surprises. Came to visit family and ended up with great weather as a bonus (we came back home to snow and cold).

Enjoyable vacation. Condo was beautiful with amazing beach views, was clean and very well taken care of.

We really liked this unit and it’s location. A little confusing finding it as the reservation says Carolina Sunrise, property signs say Sea Colony, but we figured it out. Beachy, spacious and well equipped. Easy beach access and several great eateries within walking distance. (The Spot is my new favorite, best fried shrimp on the island).

This location boasts a spectacular ocean view from the deck with easy access to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with the basics. A few issues were promptly addressed by the property manager. The owner’s bedroom closet was locked for owner use only. This was an inconvenience and a disappointment.

Everything was just as expected. The view was amazing and the beach and pool were just steps away!!! The condo was perfect for our family and everything was so close!

Had such an incredible vacation! The place was absolutely amazing and super convenient. The beach was right outside, the grounds were kept up beautifully, and the place was stocked and had beautiful upgrades. The beds were extremely comfortable, the shower was great (shower heads not so much), and the beach was literally all you could see. Had a lifeguard stand extremely close, a great little country breakfast place across the street, and Ocean a tiki bar a very short walk down the beach or road. We are already talking about booking our next vacation here this coming year again. We love Carolina Beach and this place is truly a gem! Thank you for having us.

My family and I loved the rental. The views were incredible and the location was perfect. It was a great get-away to this little beach town!

Super clean, updated condo. Quiet area and super relaxing.

We've been renting from David for at least a decade now. Carolina Sunrise is yet another great condo in his portfolio. Beautiful sunrises from the ocean-front deck with plenty of morning sun but protection from the rain and comfortable, upgraded deck furnishings. We appreciated the view from the deck overlooking a large grassy area (great for children), the dunes, and the ocean!

The kitchen is well equipped for cooking but would benefit from some new drinkware, which is all plastic and has been run through the dishwasher one time too many. Living room and bedroom furnishings are comfortable; the main bath is small but has a large, upgraded shower. We like to vacation at the beach in the winter, so carpeting in the living room and main bedroom makes it cozy.

An added plus is the elevator -- but make sure it's working, since this is a second-floor condo. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service for the month we visited.

We wish there were sidewalks from the condo into town, but it's an easy, approximately one-mile walk on the beach to the Carolina Beach boardwalk.

Unlike some other condos, the large parking lot eliminates hassles with navigating larger vehicles.

Carolina Sunrise was a comfortable home-away-from-home for us this winter. We'll be back.

We were so comfortable and enjoyed our stay. There was a slight glitch on our first day and David was a wonderful rescuer. The condo was lovely, the beds were amazingly good and the shower in the master suite was quite nice. The dishwasher and garbage disposal were inadequate.

We took our two young boys and we had a great time. The property was very nice, clean, comfortable, and had convenient beach access. Would highly recommend.

We wanted a quick getaway/change of scenario and this did the trick. It is a great location, spectacular view with easy access to the beach. The outside storage area is a real plus!

Property Manager: Simple and efficient, the way a vacation should be! One of the best experienes we have had. So easy and nice to just have everything in place as soon as you walk in the door.
Property: Spent every morning on the balcony watching the "Carolina Sunrise" with waves crashing and surfers surfing! Stunning views and everything needed for our week stay right there. Spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Did not want to leave!
