Casablanca is a spacious, oceanfront home designed for families and friends to relax, reconnect, and truly enjoy beach life together. With room for everyone to spread out and plenty of thoughtful touches throughout, this home sets the stage for an unforgettable coastal getaway.

Start your mornings on the large oceanfront deck, gently rocking in a chair or swinging on the porch swing with a fresh cup of coffee as the sound of the waves rolls in. It’s the kind of moment that reminds you why you came to the beach.

Open Living Spaces with Endless Ocean Views

The main floor features a bright, open floor plan with panoramic ocean views from every angle. The comfortable living room offers plenty of seating and opens directly onto the oceanfront deck through sliding glass doors. The dining area is surrounded by windows and features a beautiful table where everyone can gather for meals, puzzles, or family game nights, with additional seating at the kitchen bar.

A Kitchen Made for Family Meals

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining, with ample counter space and everything you need to prepare a seafood feast using fresh local catches. A smooth-top stove makes cleanup easy, and both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig are available to suit every coffee preference. A convenient half bath is located just off the kitchen.

Comfortable Sleeping for Up to 12 Guests

Casablanca offers five bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests:
- Ground Floor: One bedroom with two twin beds and a TV, plus a half bath on this level
- Main Floor: A bedroom just off the living area with two twin beds
- Second Floor: A spacious oceanfront primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, cozy reading chair, and breathtaking views. A full hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo — yes, even with ocean views!
- A second oceanfront bedroom featuring two queen beds, TV, a large walk-in closet, a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private deck perfect for watching sunrises
- A cozy front-facing bedroom with a queen bed and TV

Outdoor Perks & Prime Location:
You’ll enjoy plenty of parking in the driveway and a convenient outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off after a day on the beach.
Casablanca is also walkable to the Kure Beach Pier, where you’ll find restaurants, ice cream shops, a coffee spot, an arcade for the kids, and a lovely oceanfront park.
