Dolphin Overlook

Easy check in. Keyless entry. Storage for Beach equipment with keyless entry. Parking was easy. The place looks brand new. You could walk to Boardwalk and several restaurants. And the bed was very comfortable.

This condo was absolutely fantastic!!!! My group feels like everything was really thought out and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed eating all of our meals on the coveted deck and drinking coffee while watching the ocean. I hope to stay here again in the future!

We had a great time, and the location was perfect. Really enjoyed our first trip and plan to come back!

We had a blast staying at Dolphin Overlook. It's right on the beach, and all the restaurants are in walking distance.
Everything was clean, and it felt like home.
We arrived around 11PM, so it took me a minute to find the parking spot. The spot was next to the beach access.

The rental met all of my expectations and I would not have changed a thing. I appreciate the owners opening up their home to renters and I will certainly be returning as soon as I can! Do not hesitate to rent this vacation home as it will tick every one of your boxes !

Our family stayed for two weeks and we enjoyed every minute of it! The unit itself is in the perfect location, the beach is right outside of your door and it's an easy 10 minute walk to the boardwalk. Having an assigned parking spot is a bonus as well. The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped, and the unit is nicely furnished with items that are in great condition. Would stay here again!

Our condo was clean, well equipped with everything you would need, lovely decor and the balcony was oceanfront! An elevator would have been nice carrying our bags!

Me, My daughter and two grand daughters throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Ocean front view with covered porch only steps from the beach. Everything was as described in the listing. It was clean and beds were very comfortable. Would recommend this property and hope to visit again.

We had a wonderful experience in our condo. It was perfectly located right on the beach. It was perfect for our little family of three. Management was very responsive anytime that I sent an email will definitely be booking with him again again.

Unit was clean and updated more than most. Would stay again. Location is a short walk to almost anywhere you'd want to go. Property manager was responsive.

This was our annual trip for mother/daughter and my son’s girlfriend and mom. What a wonderful view... oceanfront. The condo was exactly as described, it was neat and with the exception of quite a bit of sand that was not cleaned between the washer and dryer everything else was great. All amenities were exactly as described, loved the coffee/kueric maker all in one. Would highly recommend staying here and hopefully I can book the same one next year. Walking distance to the community pool which was wonderful. Best condo I have stayed in a very long time.

We loved our stay at Dolphin Overlook! Literally anything you'd need in the kitchen is supplied, the beds are comfortable and you can't beat the view! The property management team was helpful and promptly answered all of my questions as it was our first time here. We'll be back!!

We stayed at this condo in early April 2024. The ad was accurate on the condo. It was a great location on a nice area of beach, and within walking distance of the boardwalk area. The walls and ceiling are thin, so expect noise from the adjacent condos. The property management company was quick to respond and easy to deal with.
