Welcome to the Kure Beach Villa. Location, Location, Location!! This three story condo is the perfect vacation spot in Kure Beach.
From the second floor balcony you have a wonderful view of the Kure Beach Pier, boardwalk and beautiful sunrise views over the ocean. There is a great pool for you to cool off in after a day in the sun!

When you enter the first floor you will find a washer & dryer for your convenience, a cozy little reading nook and the entrance to the garage.

The second floor is where you will find the open living space, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a breakfast bar that seats four. There is additional seating at the dining table. The living room has seating for four.
There is a half bathroom on this floor as well.

Both bedrooms are located on the third floor. A lovely king-size primary suite includes an ensuite bathroom with a whirlpool tub, walk in shower and porcelain vessel sink.

The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and an ensuite bath as well with a walk in shower.

Both bedrooms have smart TV's.

The pier, restaurants, coffee shops, park and boardwalk are just 1 minute walk away.

This is a great rental for a couple, a small family of four or two couples. Come experience our pristine beaches, spend the afternoon sitting on one of the swings overlooking the ocean, grab a scoop of ice cream at the pier, reel in a great catch! There is something for everyone to enjoy.

This complex has a community pool for your use. The pool is managed by the HOA who controls the opening and closing dates during the season.

No pets, no smoking
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
Linens provided: sheets, bath towels, pillows, bedspreads, blankets

Primary Bedroom: king bed
Second Bedroom: queen bed

The HOA determines when the shared pool is available. Typically, the season is May 15th - October 15.
