Great place to stay, effortless! Beautiful view and access to the beach. Elevator was handy considering all the levels. we would rent this unit again.

Overall stay was excellent , once again the home was very clean and in excellent shape, location was very quiet which is the way we like it , once again hats off to your management team for a job well done

Super stoked on this rental. Really new, clean and comfy. More spacious than originally thought. Going to bed and waking up to the sounds and sights of the ocean were epic. Kitchen fully stocked. A really great touch to have simple things like spices, paper towels, dish soap, laundry supplies, tin foil etc... made it very convenient. Lines were supplied and well appointed. A1 was friendly and responsive and wonderful to deal with! PS - always love having ping pong matches too!

Loved the ocean access, convenient location and elevator was a plus.

There is only one way to describe this vacation. EVERYTHING..We have traveled ALOT but this was by far the most relaxing for our family. The accommodations and location,(TOP NOTCH). VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Would have liked to meet the staff but maybe next time!

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding at Airlie. This condo is spacious and has all high-end everything. Beds and linens were so comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with all you could need. Location was great. View from the top deck was superb. We had a (user-error) issue with the elevator, and the manager was quick to respond and help us. I can’t say anything negative about this place. Was a great wedding weekend and we had a great time gathering here!

We came for a long weekend. The house is clean and organized. A high quality furniture.we got a great service when we called them and they came really fast. The guy was very kind. You have everything you need in the house. Kitchen was fully equipped and the view is beautiful. Definitely recommend

Over all stay was good we love the location because of its peacefulness, the condition was clean and in good shape.Property management was very helpful in supplying all that we needed before we got there.Special shout out to Andrew who was very helpful with some maintenance issues.

This house is beautiful & immaculately clean. Ample amounts of starter amenities are provided. Roof top patio is beautiful. Beds are super comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend!

The property management company was friendly, responsive and easy to work with. We checked in a day before hurricane Ian. The first few days were windy and rainy, but the remainder of our two weeks were beautiful. The deck furniture on the multiple decks is plentiful and diverse. Something for everyone and very sturdy. The decking itself is high quality stained wood... no splinters! The whole house is beautifully decorated. The kitchen has high end appliances, cookware and dinnerware and is well stocked for making any kind of meal. It has a large pantry for storing food. Each bedroom has its own full bath. The bunk bedroom has a slider door that opens to the spiral staircase up to the deck. Not keen on having kids stay there, but we had none in our party. When the people staying in that room were sleeping there was no access to the upper deck. Beds were comfortable. Even at the end of the season in October there were working beach chairs for our use. Enough for everyone! There was also a corn hole game, ping pong table and plenty of inside board games. This place exceeded our expectations!

We had such a fun time here! Being able to walk onto the beach and so much more. The rooftop deck was great for sunbathing and the house is near the Carolina Beach boardwalk. Overall, it was an amazing experience!

This lovely home had everything we needed for our family beach trip. Best place we have stayed at in years. The rooftop deck was awesome. Everything was great. We plan on staying again in the future.

Ocean Breeze exceeded our expectations. Beautiful decor throughout the home, the kitchen had everything you needed, location fantastic. Property management was quick to respond to any concerns. My only negative was you couldn’t BBQ on this property. This did not deter us though from a great vacation. Would definitely recommend this place, and we plan on going back.

As we just reviewed our pictures, we became excited again. The house, location and time of year, made the experience incredibly enjoyable. The house had everything we needed. We realized that the spiral staircase to the roofdeck was going to be challenging but the trip up there was worthwhile. The photos from the deck will remain a special part of the experience. We were fortunate to enjoy clear sunrises, a full moon and a blood moon during our stay. It was a feast of nature!

Ocean breeze has it all. We had the best family trip and the house had every amentity you could want. The nourishment beach project was not ideal, but the property manager had no control over that. Other accomodations were offered, but in the end we had a blast regardless. We can't wait to be back!

My husband and I brought our 3 teenage children to Ocean Breeze for Christmas break. The house was perfect and they thought of everything to make your stay stress free. We got so lucky with beach weather in December so the location did not disappoint. We would spend the days at the beach and then at night head to the rooftop deck to the fire pit and watch the sunset before heading inside for card games and ping pong tournaments. My kids had a blast...we would love to go back again!

I have stayed in many vacation spots this was by far the best, property description pictures seen on line were very accurate "no surprises", which made it so much easier to relax and enjoy.Cant wait to return.

This house did NOT disappoint! It was welcoming, very clean, full of upgraded EVERYTHING from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The elevator is a huge assist in moving in and moving out of the house. There were plenty of new beach chairs to use at the beach which is just steps away from the property. High-end luxury with an incredibly comfortable feel. We will return!

The vacation house was absolutely beautiful with all the high end furnishings to the counter top appliances. Loved the SMEG electric kettle, my aunt and I used it several times. The house was spotless and A1 property management was very responsive every time we called with an inquiry.

We had an amazing time, could not have asked for anything better than this.. the place has everything you need, the décor is outstanding, high quality everything! Thank you for allowing us to have a gorgeous place to stay and enjoy our relaxing get-away. We will definitely be back.

What a gem. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom making it feel like a hotel where each family group had their own space entirely. It was PERFECT for our family who was there for a wedding. Another part of our family actually rented the property behind this one which meant we could all be together in the same area and play on the same beach! The beach was also uncrowded and PERFECT for kids. We had a couple of chairs and umbrellas put up by a rental service and the whole group had a wonderful time. There is even an elevator if you don't like the idea of 3 flights of stairs to the top bedrooms. Only complaints were that a few things may have been missed by cleaners (coffee pot water pitcher, for example). I'm also unsure about whether the comforters and blankets are washed regularly (one of them smelled off). But overall, almost everything else was spotless, new and made you feel comfortable. If we come back to Wilmington, we will always stay right here. This place is the BEST!

We were hoping this property would be a little more handicapped accessible. The bathrooms really need grab bars even for nondisabled folks. We were able to attach grab bars to the toilets that could then be removed but there was no way to fix the showers with nothing to grab if someone slipped. The accomodations were comfortable and clean and the location wonderful. For the small things we needed, the management was prompt and helpful. Parking is difficult for two cars- one after another and very tight. Difficult to back out. Need to have someone outside to guide because the pad is so narrow and you must back into the street- I don't think this can be helped. All in all, beautiful with some glitches because of our needs for wheelchair accessibility. Elevator does not go to the roof. Instructions on elevator are wrong but you learn. Kitchen was a pleasure to cook in and we were able to get fresh seafood- Cape Fear Seafood Boil and Blackburns- that rocked our boat.

We had a great week at Ocean Breeze. Good quality VRBO rental. Highly recommend. We closed out almost everyday on the roof overlooking the ocean, by the fire pit watching the sunsets and/or lightening show!

My family and I came from all over the United States to vacation together in Carolina Beach. We were absolutely thrilled with our rental house Ocean Breeze! Beautifully decorated with tasteful furniture and all the amenities you need to make your vacation a special memory! We loved everything from the roof top oasis to playing corn hole on the beach! We will definitely be back!

We had a couple hiccups with the house, things that just simply happen with home ownership, especially at the beach. We just happened to be the people there, and the property management company was on top of it, responding right away, and having someone to the house within 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. The issue was fixed as soon as possible, and apologies made. Lovely experience!

Condition- Property is new and clean
Manager- Property Manager was very responsive and inquired multiple times during our stay if we needed anything, and fixed a small problem very quickly
Elevator- Great if you have mobility impaired family members or don't want to schlep stuff up the stairs
Rooftop deck- Great views, fire pit for smores, nice furniture, even a hose
Little touches- Well equipped kitchen, high quality ping-pong table, free Keurig, beach stuff onsite- you can tell they went out of their way to think of the details, and did a good job
Bathrooms, Living Area- really nicely done

Bedrooms- they're smaller than they look in the pics, but adequate. Each one has a closet, to comfortably live you have to unpack, but was not a problem for us. Also, the mattress was maybe a B versus overall A quality
Parking- 4 spots, but one driveway so you have to figure out who's leaving when
The Small Gripe- the kids room (with the bunk beds) has a ~1/2 by 4 foot peek-a-boo window facing the beach without covering. You might think- awesome, even the kids have a beach view. But, since it faces the beach, it faces- you guessed it- east, so at 6:30AM sunrise the kid's room starts getting bathed in light. It wasn't a big deal, but we had a few earlier mornings than we wanted to.

Overall though, very impressed with the property and would definitely want to stay again.

This place has it all. The location is perfect, the house was well stocked with everyhing you could think of, the decorations were spot on - a lot of thought was put into the design and little things. It was perfect for our beach vacation and we are looking forward to coming back again!

The weather was just right, chilly when needed, sunburn when needed. We enjoyed golf cart rides, the boardwalk, swimming, memory making, downtown Wilmy. We discovered dolphins, crabs, and our alter-egos. We enjoyed the rooftop hangs, the best showers of our lives, and waking up to the ocean. An absolutely life-changing trip... thank you from Detroit, MI. <3

We spent a week here and enjoyed every moment of it! Waking up to those waves every morning was so refreshing and relaxing. If you are an early riser, i recommend watching the sunrise from the rooftop, it is amazing! The rental is beautiful and well-stocked. Thank you for a well needed relaxing vacation (during covid-19 pandemic).

Perfect house just like the pictures on the beach. Only thing was missing was the fire pit. I will stay there again.
