Ocean Dunes 703

We loved our stay in Ocean Dunes. The location was perfect, the views were refreshing and we had everything we needed. We loved the little extras that A1 provided...included linen package, extra paper products and trash bags. We had no problems, which is exactly what you want when you are on vacation.

Property Manager:  I didn't have much interaction other than the initial rental agreement.

Property:   Property was updated & well maintained.

Compact and clean, this condo rental was easy to book and enjoy! We loved the two patios overlooking the beach, the easy access to the beach via an access walkway just next door to this unit, and the recreation facility with indoor pool and small playground.

The kitchen is stocked with the very basics, so keep that in mind when you're planning your meals.

We'd love to return one day!

We loved our trip to Kure beach, and especially loved the gorgeous condo we stayed in. The sound and sight of the ocean was so peaceful, and everything was very high end.. highly recommend!

We had a great time, the condo was great. Being able to get right on the beach was perfect and hearing and seeing the waves when we woke up and went to sleep was special.
The condo itself was perfect just what we wanted.

The rental was clean and inviting. A great beach house and a great beach vacation. The only issue was that the dishwasher wasn't working, but we called A1 property management, they came right away and fixed the problem.

Great location and the rental has all the things you need! A1 Property goes the extra step to provide linens and other essentials like starting rolls of toilet paper, dish soap & sponge, etc.

Very well equipped... only thing we would have wanted improved was the weather!

Overall this vacation rental was great! It was right on the water and the main road, very convenient. The only thing I would say that wasn't disclosed is that the second bedroom has a window leak, so if it rains you want to make sure none of your belongings are near there. Other than that it was a great, clean place to stay and would for sure recommend it!

This is the fourth time that we have stayed on Kure beach. This is also our fourth time in this condo. We love this one due to the layout of having two decks on different levels. It’s a quiet location and the beach is right where it should be.

Ocean Dunes 703 was absolutely awesome! There’s really nothing to compare being oceanfront at all. But what made it al the better, this place had decks on both levels for admiring the ocean or relaxing with your coffee or evening drink. Although the deck furniture could use some updating. the rents was stocked well with kitchen items. love the location in Kure Beach/ Fort Fisher! It was in close proximity to the indoor pool and rec center which was awesome as well! This unit was comfortable and was nicely decorated. A1 rentals made it super easy to get our vacation planned and reserved without any hassle and without any contact as well. Rental company awesome, rental awesome!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. No hot water in one of the upstairs showers, but the views were spectacular.

My husband and I stayed at this condo near the beach.
I was wonderful waking up each morning to the sunshine and hearing the ocean waves up on the beach. The condo was very clean and well secured. The shower near the master bedroom just had cold water and no hot was provided. The owners will need to check this out next time. But, had a great vacation and love the pools near the condo as well. We visited the rec center and exercised each morning . We had the best time ever. The people in Wilmington are very friendly and we meet a lot of people from Ohio were we live. You will love this condo for a fast get-a-way! Enjoy!

Very happy with this condo. Great location and nice updates. Just a couple little things. One the shower curtain rod in the master was falling down and one night it really rained and even though the windows were closed we got water in the window sill of the second bedroom.

Overall, we really loved this condo. It was nicely updated and clean. Parking was perfect. Oceanfront location is ideal. The only things we would have preferred are better quality mattresses and more comfortable deck furniture.

It is almost a dream come true. To wake up each morning to lay in bed and watch the sunrise over the ocean or sit on the deck with your coffee. It was a very relaxing get away with no schedules, jut figuring out where to go each day. The restaurants are great we were able to savor a lot of the local cuisine. I would recommend the Kure Beach area to anyone looking for that beach getaway

Perfect location and nicely remodeled. Faucets and shower head need replaced and tub and shower not adequately cleaned. Plenty of flatware , glasses and dishes. We rent homes often and just these few things would greatly improve a stay. Patio furniture in good condition and great view. We will be back.

We loved our stay for the week in this condo. The only complaint I have on the condo is that the dishwasher was molded inside. No one wants to hand wash dishes on vacation . Very convenient with washer and dryer upstairs. I do recommend that u bring along extra towels and washcloths as they only give u one set per guest (I forgot about reading that part and picked up more washcloths at Walmart when we went out for groceries). Also it’s listed as having an outdoor shower ...... it’s really just a water hose

This condo was amazing, super clean, had everything we needed to get started so we didn’t need to run out immediately after unpacking! So nice! Property managers were great with some minor issues, fixed promptly. Amazing ocean views, nothing like waking up to the sunrise in the master bedroom, just steps from the ocean, easy setup! Highly recommend! We will be staying again!

Our family of four had a wonderful time at Kure Beach in Ocean Dunes 703. We have vacationed the last two summers in Carolina Beach, and this was our first time in Kure Beach. Loved the location (enjoyed our first time on the ferry to Southport just down the street), the community had a workout facility which we enjoyed, pool, and steps from the beach. Clean unit with comfortable beds. I'm a clean freak and having had a bad experience with cleanliness NOT with A1 Property Management last summer in a condo we rented, we went back to using A1 Property Management this summer. We used A1 the first visit to Carolina Beach and knew we wouldn't be disappointed since our first summer vacation in Carolina Beach was with A1 and we had a wonderful and clean condo. Recommend this condo to make memories right on the ocean!

Our family of four had the pleasure of staying at this perfect little condo right on the beach. We loved the location and the cleanliness. The beach was very quiet which was exactly what we needed on our vacation. We plan on staying again next summer!

This was our first time staying at Ocean Dunes 703. It had EVERYTHING we needed! (Toilet paper, hand soap, flour, cooking oil, ziplock bags... I mean everything we could possibly need was provided!) Location is perfect. Place was immaculately clean! We saw dolphins everyday❤️ A1 Property, it was a pleasure renting with you. Can’t wait to be back!

Very relaxing and quiet.

We had a wonderful time at this property... very spacious for our family of four (two adults, 6 and 3 year old daughters) and very nicely maintainted. We love the beach views off of two balconies and ease of access while also being quiet. Only nitpick is that it's a bit farther from restaurants and grocery stores but that keeps it quieter too!

We enjoyed almost every aspect of our stay here. The view was spectacular. The location was very convenient. We spent countless hours looking out at the water and roaming around the Fort Fisher area. The unit was equipped with pretty much everything we could ask for. It was very clean and the management people were very quick to respond - the coffee pot was cracked and needed replacement. Our only complaint was that the beds were quite firm and we prefer beds on the softer side. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Great stay for the week. Just 2 of us wanting to get away to the beach and trying to socially distance. Lovely place and right on the beach. We enjoyed the master bedroom and looking out at the ocean in the night (and AM). Great place.

A1 always comes through for us. This was the fourth time we have used this condo and it's an awesome little place. A1 makes sure that everything is clean and in order and they are quick to respond with any issues. We had a problem with the door lock after hours. I called the number immediately got a person and shortly after that call, David called me directly to check on the issue. We are always so appreciative of this company. Thanks again. Can't wait until next summer.

We had a few little in the beginning snags but nothing that swayed our opinion of the Unit or Property Manager. When we arrived the cleaning team showed up after us but cleaned the unit quickly while we waited in our car. We also had issues with the electronic lock but its the batteries and no one knows when the batteries are gonna go out so with that being said We were still thrilled with the unit. The Unit was super clean and we never saw any of the usual bugs. The renovation and layout was perfect and even more open than the other Ocean Dune units with the same floorplan. It was very tastefully decorated with minimal clutter and plenty of cabinet space which is lacking in other units.
Weather and water were perfect all week but Saturdays the beach is packed. My wife says this is her favorite unit and we plan to book it next Summer! Thanks David and Kayla!

Kure beach is one of our favorite beaches and this place is right on it. Beautiful updated ocean front two story condo. The condo was very clean and the beach is right in the backyard so what else can u ask for. It’s really nice having the kitchen/living room on one floor and the bedrooms on another so you don’t have to tip toe around to not wake the kids. Covered parking underneath the unit is also nice. Our favorite restaurants that are a must every trip include Freddie’s, Cape Fear Boil company, Havana’s, Shuckin Shack, Michaels, Squiglees, and Britts Donuts. When not living during a pandemic we like to go to Fort Fisher aquarium. Fort Fisher is also a beautiful area to take a sunset walk. Pleasure Island is just a great relaxing place to spend with family and friends. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Wonderful condo in Kure. There was nothing else A1 could have done to make our stay better! The pools were closed due to COVID, and it rained non-stop for two days... but none of that is in the control of the condo itself which was fantastic itself.

Properry Manager::Team members were on top of everything. Hurricane Dorian was set to hit the coast just a few days prior to our stay, and the A1 team was great about communicating with me regarding the status of the property.

Property:  the property was clean and well stocked. I know this seems silly, but there was even toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and a dish sponge. In my experience, it is up to the renter to provide those items so that was a small gesture , but very much appreciated. The property was all aorund beautiful, welcoming & comfortable.

Property Manager:  Super easy, Very efficient, organized and friendly. Plus, the included linen package was a huge plus.

Property:  We loved that it was updated nicely and had a fantastic location. Great use of space and lots of storage to put our things. We also loved that there were staples in place like paper towels, TP, and soap. The electronic lock was great- no need to carry a key.

Property Manager:  Always accommodating and made our beach vacation just perfect. A1 members are all super friendly & quick to respond.

Property:   The location is perfect. Easy access to the beach and pool. Loved the upstairs bedrooms and no noisy neighbors above us. The condo is super clean & beautifully decorated. I would like to make a couple of recommendations. There is one couch and only straight backed chairs in the living room. It would be nice to see an additional comfy chair or recliner. Also, the only kitchen trash can was a small bathoom sized can. We cook all our meals and it wold have been nice to have a larger can for that reason. Overall, excellent property. We can't wait to be back on July 14th. The included linens was also a very nice addition to the rental.

Living room with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs assisted with 3 women getting ready for dinner after a day on the boardwalk & beach.
