— HOUSE RULES:
• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking.
• Dogs are not allowed in the pool.

— NOTES:
• A signed Rental Agreement is required for all reservations before check-in.
• Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed with $350 + tax pet fee per pet.
• Exterior security cameras are installed facing the parking area and/or entrances.

• Bedroom 1 – Private Entry Ensuite (Lower Level): Queen bed + ensuite bathroom + private entrance + living area with futon.
• Bedroom 2 – Mid-Level Ensuite (Third Level): Queen bed + shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom
• Bedroom 3 – Mid-Level Bunk Room (Third Level): Full-over-Twin bunk bed + shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom
• Bedroom 4 – Upper-Level Ensuite (Fourth Level): Queen bed + Full bed + ensuite bathroom + ocean views
