Great place to stay with a short walk to the beach! Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable.

Lovely house with lots of room for everyone. Good entertainment on several floors. Elevator helps with luggage and elderly guests.

We rented Pie Seas for a long weekend with family and absolutely loved the house. The elevator was an added bonus moving luggage in and out. Loved all the balconies. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the closet downstairs provided everything you need for a fun day at the beach. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Exactly as described. There was plenty of space for people to all gather on the main floor, but also plenty of space to sneak away for some peace and quiet. Will definitely be back.

We had a great time at Pie Seas. Just blocks from the beach the location is fantastic. The house was fully stocked and A1 makes the whole process from reservation to check out so easy.

The house is very comfortable. There is space to "get away" from every one, have privacy, and be together with the group. The property accommodated everyone's changing mood. The house was clean and in good condition. Access to the beach was acceptable although we visit Fort Fisher mostly for beach time. I have rented thru A-1 before and been pleased with their services.

Gorgeous, clean, well-appointed vacation home. Comfortable bed, linens, plenty of dishwater and kitchenware, beautiful decks and surroundings.

Our stay was perfect. The home was very comfortable, very clean and close to everything! The multiple balconies were amazing for sunrise and morning coffee! Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds!

The Rental Company, A1 Property Management, was exceptional to work with and made the stay worry-free and smooth with arrival and departure! Absolute wonderful time and look forward to renting again when we come back to Carolina Beach!

Lovely home, we had a constant ocean breeze and beautiful weather. The home was gorgeous and clean. Lots of beach towels provided as well as beach gear. The elevator worked great and we loved all the board games! We really had no issues so I had no reason to really reach out for any assistance once we arrived. We were in very close proximity to tons of shops and restaurants and of course the beach. There is a very close trail nearby that we walked our dog on. We were sad to leave!

We held a family reunion in three different houses. I managed to fall at one of the other houses and broke my knee. The elevators in this house saved my vacation. Had a wonderful time with family from three states.

We had the best time at Carolina Beach and thoroughly enjoyed this rental. There were 13 of us who drove from Ohio to celebrate my dad's 88th birthday (he lives in Wilmington). There was plenty of room for everyone and we never felt crowded at all. The short walk to the beach and all the beach items available for our use was very much appreciated! We had rented from A1 before on several occasions and this unit was not quite as "kitchen stocked" as others but still definitely manageable. We had a few questions upon arrival and staff was very responsive and friendly. That is why we LOVE using A1 Property Management for our visits south!

This home was perfect for two families. It has two bedrooms with King beds for the adults and plenty of options for the kids to spread out. Having three showers was awesome. Home was very clean when we arrived. Check in was very easy as it is just a door code that was sent a day in advance. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and plenty of dishes and silverware. It is close enough to walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.
