Very spacious for a big group within walking distance to the beach

We had a great stay in Carolina Beach for our 4th of July weekend! This house is very spacious and served as our home base for our family that was spread out between three rental properties for the week. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need to prepare large meals including a Keurig and blender. The open floor plan is great for everyone to gather for meals, play cards, assemble puzzles, or watch TV. The 2 balconies and top floor terrace have a great view of the annual fireworks show at the Boardwalk. We were able to walk to the Spartanburg beach access and the Boarwalk easily. Would definitely stay again.

I had a great experience with A1 Property when scheduling my trip! They were quick to answer questions and were very kind throughout the whole process! The house was perfect for me and my friends! It was the perfect walk to the beach!

The house was absolutely amazing! We found it to be a great location. It was close to the beach and close enough to walk to the boardwalk. I can’t find a single complaint. We will definitely go back

This property was beautiful! Spacious kitchen and eating area. Balcony spaces were wonderful and the outdoor space with grill was a nice additional place to go. Bedrooms all were spacious and the 1st floor bedroom mattress could be upgraded. Everything about our stay was great! Would highly recommend!

Was a great vacation, hone Was clean, spacious, and the management team was quick to respond to any issues. My family loved having their own rooms and bathroom. And the rooftop deck was a huge hit.

We enjoyed this place very much. There is plenty of room for everyone, close to the beach and boardwalk. We were able to walk most everywhere we went. It was great!!

We had a great time!! Great location within walking distance to lots of places for eating and hanging out and just a short walk to the beach which was wonderful! The house was very roomy and furnished nicely ;-)

Easiest rental process. Check in and out was easy, the house was clean and beautiful as well as in a great location.

We had the absolute best stay in Carolina Beach. The condo at Pura Vida was beautiful, and had plenty of space. The beach is only a short walk and is centrally located so getting around the island was a peice of cake. The management at A1 was top notch and super helpful in helping prepare for our stay. Definitely will be back and hope to make it a yearly thing!

This is the second year that we have stayed here and I absolutely love this house. The location is perfect for the beach, walking the neighborhood, walking to the Saturday farmers market, etc.

We loved staying at Pura Vida. The pictures did not do it justest for showing how light, open and spacious it was. Tons of outside areas to enjoy, well equipped kitchen, easy walk to beach. Property was well maintained and clean. Loved to walk or bike to area events. Easy walk to area where the carnival rides were located. Quiet and peaceful too.

Overall very happy and would book again

Pros: Very clean, modern appliances, spacious, less than 2-minute walk to the beach (which is FAR less crowded than the main area), outdoor shower
Cons: Interior was 55F upon arrival - had to turn on the heating for the first night, no sidewalks or marked crosswalk to the beach access made walking to the beach difficult and potentially dangerous (not a problem with the rental, but relevant to its location)

The home is very true to the photos. It was clean upon arrival and more spacious than I had expected. I brought all of the essentials for the week only to find most of the supplies I needed were already there! Exceptionally well stocked with almost everything you can think of.
Walk to the beach was easy enough to come back to house for lunch or snacks. There are some great restaurants in the area and we loved the chill vibe of the town.
I did not have any interactions at all with the management company, I had emailed them prior to the trip with a question to which I never received a response.
I would rent again and I would recommend to others.

This townhouse was beautifully decorated and comfortable with everything needed for eight people.

What a fabulous house and location. The rooftop deck was great for after dinner views and the great room was wonderful for games and movies. Just a short walk to the beach and the Saturday farmers market.

This was the first trip we have had as a family in years. The house was beautiful and we were able to all gather together in the large kitchen, dining table and family room. The flow of the downstairs allowed us to all hang out together while we cooked Easter dinner. The beds were comfy and we were close to Ft. Fischer for us to drive on the beach. We even took pics of some of the decor because all of us are remodeling homes and loved how the house was decorated. The property management company was so nice and accommodating as well. We extended our stay and every time we had a question they were quick to answer or call backed quickly to provide a response. Can’t wait to book another trip at Pura Vida!!!

My daughter and I wanted to enjoy a break from the home virtual work/school environment. We also looked for an opportunity to stay safe and socially distanced during the Thanksgiving holiday. Pura Vida and A1 Management provided just that! The house is beautifully decorated, newly constructed,
a nice walk to the beach , well stocked for our Thanksgiving dinner prep and most importantly, managed by a receptive team with attention to high customer service! We were actually sad when our time came to an end but have already made plans on returning in the Spring for another stay at Pura Vida. Thanks David and team for a positive and rejuvenating experience!

I was pleasantly surprised with this townhouse. As soon as I walked in the door it was as beautiful as the pictures. The location was great. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and easy to walk to restaurants. It is located in a quaint town that wasn't crowded and the local residents were super friendly. I want to go back next year. (Construction wasn't noisy & 4th bedroom needs a firmer mattress.)

We we’re looking for a last minute get away in this unprecedented time. We found the perfect house. It was very spacious and clean. The walk to the beach was very short. Definitely would go back to!!!

We booked late and we’re glad that Pura Vida was available. The home is brand new and well appointed. The location to the public beach access was convenient.

Highlights:
- large kitchen with new appliances
- huge closets and comfortable bedrooms
- ample parking
- nice rooftop deck with view of ocean
- over-sized washer/dryer
- A1 property management easy to work with and had good communication

note: there isn’t an enclosed/secure space outside to store beach, surfing, fishing gear
