Welcome to Salt Shaker Shores.

This gorgeous brand new home with two car garage and your own private back yard pool is everything you need for your perfect beach get away!

This home offers all high end finshes throughout, from custom tile bathrooms, counters and flooring.
Every single bedroom has it's own private ensuite bathroom!
As you enter the home you will be greeted by a large open floor plan including a livingroom with a beautiful working electric fireplace, a cozy dining space and a dream kitchen with a custom gas stove/oven and a walk in pantry for all your supplies.
This kitchen has everything you need to prepare a wonderful meal for family & friends.
Located off the kitchen is a cozy sitting room that has access to the screened in porch and pool. We have a lovely coffee bar set up for you with both a traditional coffee maker and Keurig. Make yourself a cup and relax in here or the screened in sunroom, which has an outdoor flat screeen TV.

The primary suite is located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool. A king size bed offers you a good nights sleep and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with double sinks and over-sized tiled shower provide a spa like experience. A flat screen TV is here as well.

The second bedroom offers another king size bed, flat screen TV, and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with custom tiled shower/tub combo.

The third bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen TV, private ensuite bathroom with custom tiled shower/tub combo.
Also on this floor is the laundry room with brand new washer/dryer and counter space for folding!

Upstairs is the fourth bedroom offering a queen bunk with twin on top. Again a flat screen TV and another private ensuite bath with shower/tub combo.

The two car garage offers plenty of space for vehicles.
The owner has provided back pack style beach chairs and a beach wagon for your enjoyment.
The entire house has a water softening system!

You can drive, walk, or rent a golf cart to get to the beach, six blocks away. We offer a $200. credit toward a golf cart rental on all full 7 night rentals. If you've never been to Carolina Beach before you're in for a treat. We're a wonderful family friendly beach town with pizza shops, ice cream shops, seafood restaurants, and two grocery stores. You'll never have to (or want to) leave the island!

***If you plan on bringing a dog, please let us know. We reserve the right to deny certain breeds based on homeowner's insurance. We charge a non-refundable dog fee.***
