Silvery Moon

The pictures truly do not do this place justice. We have stayed in probably 50+ rental properties over the years and this one is in our top 3. Beautiful decor and the perfect location. Everything you need is thoughtfully included (beach chairs, coolers, beach toys for the kids, etc.. We will certainly book this place again. I must mention the house was clean and spotless as well!!!

This is an amazing cottage! Perfect place to get away and relax. Has everything you need all you need to do is fill the fridge. Perfect location to walk to the Fat Pelican and anywhere else you want to go! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again and again! Very welcoming and homey!

Stunning! The house is absolutely beautiful. The design and decor are perfect. They did an amazing job with the renovation. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need. There are also brand 8 new beach chairs available. There is a camp site style grill available. I would recommend placing the charcoal into a disposable aluminum pan for easy clean up and also to extend the life of the grill. The ocean views from the side deck are beautiful. The public beach access is just steps from the house. There are several restaurants that are just a 5 minute walk from the house. We enjoyed the Veggie Wagon Market. We had a fantastic trip. The only downside was that we could not stay longer : ( We can't wait to come back for another amazing stay at the Silvery Moon! Thanks for having us!!

Our stay at Silvery Moon was wonderful! Easy to check in and out with programmed entry locks. No keys to worry about! Silvery Moon was spotless and very well appointed. We’ve stayed at several other rentals in Carolina Beach — this one was the best! A two minute walk to the beach with provided beach chairs. Decor was very well done and cozy. One small maintenance issue that we had was dealt with promptly! Would not hesitate to stay here again. An easy walk to the boardwalk was welcomed as well.

Silvery Moon had everything you could hope for. Great location - close to beach and restaurants. Loved the house had everything you need from beach chairs & towels to entertainment with all kinds of games. We didn’t have to bring anything others than clothes. It was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay in Silvery Moon. Everything is quality at this rental from the furniture to the linens to the beach chairs. Within walking distance to the Boardwalk and many restaurants. The beach is a 2 minute walk. Couldn't have been happier.

Charming little beach cottage conveniently located to the beach and boardwalk. Really enjoyed sipping my coffee in the morning on the upper deck and soaking in the ocean view. The house was immaculate and had a cool vintage vibe with modern updates. The storage area was well stocked with beach gear and toys. Ideal for packing light and going back and forth to the beach with a toddler in tow. We loved our stay so much we didn't want to leave. We would not hesitate to book again.

My family and I spent a week at Silvery Moon in late August. From start to finish we enjoyed every moment spent at Silvery Moon and Carolina Beach. We vacation to the beach this same week every summer but never have we been as impressed with a rental. They thought of everything! From beach gear to games, beach towels to designated work space, we couldn't have asked for anything else. I loved that there were cleaning supplies including a broom and dust pan. The linens were high quality and in excellent condition and the home was clean!! I would (and have) recommended this home to several people and would love to return year after year (the ONLY reason I might not is that it isn't pet friendly and we have one dog that goes everywhere with me.)
We love Carolina Beach because it's such a family friendly, casual beach. And Silvery Moon is the perfect place to stay.

My family of five stayed in this rental in Aug!!! We have three daughters so, one of them slept on the pullout couch. She loved how they had the privacy screen. She was able to section off part of the room for privacy! All the 1940's touches throughout the home made it a fun experience! Loved all the ship-lap too! Our girls had never seen An "old-fashion" phone. We even taught them how to dial it! Loved the additional outside shower and the two full showers inside!!! Location was ahhhmazing! Able to walk to the beach and the boardwalk! We even walked to the lake and The Veggie Wagon (our favorite).

We were fortunate to meet the owners of the house and their two big dogs!!! What lovely people they were!

What a wonderful week in Carolina Beach! This is our second visit here and we were so glad we made the trip back. Britt's Donuts is our favorite, along with some new places we tried this visit! The Silvery Moon was perfect for our family, the decor was so cute and everything so clean and like new! We enjoyed putting together some of the puzzles since we had quite a bit of rain this week! A1 Property Management is an excellent rental co and we would choose their company again!

The house was perfect. Location was great and our friends loved it! It was beautifully decorated and everyone felt right at home. We were staying just up the street and everything was walking distance. Our friends enjoyed the easy access to the beach with plenty of parking. The house was stocked with everything needed for wonderful stay. Definitely will rent again!

We LOVED Silvery Moon. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. The beach was right across the street. We will be back!

This place has everything! It combines the charm of the 1940’s with the comfort of today. This home has been remodeled with great attention to detail. The rooms are large. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The whole place is comfortable, right down to the reading nook. They’ve also included everything you need for a beach trip, with beach towels, beach chairs, buckets, shovels, a cooler and a nice cart to tote it all there. It’s close to lots of restaurants and shopping, but has a quiet vibe. A bonus for snorkelers or divers is the shipwreck just offshore that is easily accessible at low tide.if you choose to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

We had a very comfortable stay in this gem! Everything we needed and more!
