Tequila Sunrise

A well-appointed beach home. Comfortable furniture, excellent entertainment equipment, and good internet connectivity for those needing to work some while on vacation. A short walk to the beach. Will stay in this property again. A1 Property Management team was wonderful to work with.

Loved Tequila Sunrise so much! We had the best time with our family during our visit! Great location with walking distance to beach and so many things. Beautifully decorated, furnished well to meet our needs and great parking! We would highly recommend and would love to visit Tequila Sunrise again!

Love this place! Great location - steps away from the beach. Condo has a great layout, clean & well-stocked. Nice, relaxing weekend. We will be back!

We had four young children and four adults so cooking each day was important to us. The kitchen was wonderful, very well equipped. The outdoor shower was great for coming back from the beach. The property was clean and well cared for. Everything we could have wanted. Just one block to the beach made for a super vacation!

Terrific location! Just a 1/2 a block from a beach access. Nice deck just off the kitchen and living room for sitting out in the evening to enjoy the beach breeze.

We had an awesome experience staying at Tequila Sunrise. Close to the beach and everything that we needed. Plenty of room for 2 families with teenagers to spread out. We rented the "front" of the house and there was lots of parking for us. They also rent out the "back" side of the house but, we never heard anyone on that side. We would definitely stay here again!!! Just as described.

The location of this property was excellent, and the management company was responsive and helpful in addressing our questions. Initially, we believed we were renting an entire home, as indicated above the title in the property overview. However, it turned out to be a duplex, which was mentioned in the details. The layout of the property was not ideal, with the master bedroom was directly beneath the top floor of the house, which is part of the duplex. The quality of your stay depends on the occupants of the other side of the duplex. Unfortunately, we had your typical college-aged kids above us who partied all night, making two out of our three nights quite unpleasant.

We loved Tequila Sunrise! The location was great, the place was large and perfectly equipped. The management company was extremely responsive and accommodating. We absolutely recommend this place! (The only issue we had was noise from the unit above but that could have just been that they were noisy people.)
