Waters Edge

We were looking for a long weekend getaway...and this met every expectation possible! The condo is comfortable and nicely appointed. Comfortable seating and nice size tv to watch our Ohio State football game. The furniture on the deck is comfortable...loved having the chaise lounge chairs as well as pub chairs with side tables for food or drinks. The beds were comfortable. The view was amazing. Our weekend couldn’t have been more perfect. We would definitely rent this condo again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Stayed 4 nights over labor day weekend. 2 adults. Perfect location, very nice and clean unit. Everything was perfect! Make sure you are good with 3 full flights of stairs up and down every day - they are a beast but good for you!

This property is always a good stay. The location and view are unbeatable! The management team is easy to reach and kind and responsive. My only knock down to 4 stars for a few things is because the property is showing some wear and tear. The washing machine is super moldy, we had a flickering light in the bathroom, and when you look under the beds etc. you can tell the cleaners don’t get under there everytime... but those things are relatively minor and we would always happily stay there again.

We had a great stay at Water's Edge! The check-in/check-out process was very easy. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Perfect location with gorgeous views.

This property couldn’t be located better, everything you need is in walking distance and the property itself was immaculate. I personally will be requesting this property every year

Water's Edge offers a lovely oceanfront view. The condo offered plenty of room for me and my husband. Overall cleanliness was good and A1 was quick to respond to my email about a couple of minor issues. It's quite a climb to the 3rd floor, so keep that in mind when you are considering this place. Parking is tight for an SUV but doable. Great location across from the lake making for an easy walk to CB attractions.

Our beach rental was amazing right on the beach, close to restaurants and other activities very clean and nicely decorated

What can I say? The view was spectacular. The condo was perfect.
We were on the 5th floor and there is no elevator, so we got some great exercise. It may not be for everyone, but I loved it.

If you cannot climb 3 flights of steps or have a huge vehicle (narrow space under building) you may - unfortunately - need another location.

My family and I had a great time staying at Waters Edge. We enjoyed the beach front access and soaked in every sunrise from the balcony! After spending full days in the sun, we enjoyed retreating to the condo to play the board games are read the books that were conveniently provided. Overall, perfect place for a family vacation!

excellent location, beautiful view, beautiful beach. Condo was impeccably clean and well maintained, property management was wonderful and easy to deal with.

I traveled with three long time friends for a long weekend at the beach and it was amazing. Condo was clean and well laid out and stocked and the view was incomparable! The stairs were a bit much (all of us are in our 50's/60's) but we managed. If you are three on Saturday, check out the Farmer's Market across the street. We will definitely visit again (but maybe get a unit on the 1st/2nd floor this time).

This rental is clean, beautiful, well-equipped and right on the beach! It is near many restaurants, shops and the boardwalk. We couldn’t recommend this property more! It was a 5 star experience for our family. We are so grateful for the opportunity to have stayed here.

Unit was as expected. Clean with easy access to the beach and short walk to nearby restaurants and attractions.

We loved the place, very clean, updated, great location. The deck space is really nice with great views and nice outdoor furniture. The only downfalls were the tight parking and the stairs with no elevator. We didn't have enough room to park our Jeep without blocking the stairs or the beach closets and still be able to open the doors and get out, it was very frustrating. Lugging our luggage and groceries up 6 flights of stairs with 2 kids was very challenging as well. Other than those 2 complaints, which doesn't fall on the owners or rental company, it was very nice. If you've got a very small car and don't mind the climb, then you won't be disappointed at all with this place.

Great location and extremely clean and comfortable!

Everything was exactly as pictured, and was well stocked with everything you could need for your getaway! We enjoyed the extra touches such as having games and coloring books for inside times! I highly recommend staying here and can't wait to visit again!
