Join the excitement at the Race for the Planet 5K and One Mile Fun Run, welcoming participants of all skill levels to an easy, flat course beginning and ending at Battle Acre Park. The scenic route through Fort Fisher offers beautiful ocean and maritime forest views, making it perfect for serious runners, families, and walkers alike. Check-in runs from 6:30–7:30 AM with race waves starting at 8:00 AM; spectators are free, and advance registration is recommended as the race is expected to sell out.
