Boardwalk Blast Fireworks & Music Series
May 22 2026 - 6:00pm to Sep 4 2026 - 9:30pm
Summer officially begins on Pleasure Island (Carolina Beach and Kure Beach) with a weekly fireworks show on the Friday before Memorial Day. After Memorial Day, fireworks will light up the sky every Thursday night throughout the summer until the final fireworks show on the Friday before Labor Day.
One of the top spots to watch is right along the beach near the historic Carolina Beach Boardwalk, where live music is performed at the Gazebo stage. Bring the family and make an evening of it at the Boardwalk. Music typically begins at 6:00 pm, with fireworks following at 9:00 pm.
