Our Story

 We started A1 Property Management because we saw a need for a company who provides a very high level of personal service in managing rental properties. Too many times we went into properties that were poorly maintained and property calendars with few reservations. Attention to detail is important to a well-managed investment and as a small family run company we are able to provide a very high level of personal service to you as the owner, to your property, and to your guests. 

We personally go in each property after every guests check out to inspect, restock household supplies, make repairs as needed, and verify that your property is cleaned properly. We do most of the small repairs ourselves but also work with a great group of local handymen, electricians, plumbers, tile and carpet companies, etc to always keep your property in tip top shape. This ensures that when your guests arrive they will find what they expect - a well maintained, sparkling clean property. 


We treat each property we manage as if it were our own and work hard to build personal relationships. When our owners come for a vacation we want them to have nothing to do except unpack and relax on the beach, not arrive and have to clean and make repairs. 


We are not the biggest company on the island, that’s not our goal. Our goal is to do a GREAT job in personally managing a select number of properties.
