Enjoy a vacation of relaxation, convenience, and sunshine at Seagrass Cottage here in Carolina Beach. We are a three bedroom, two bathroom property just steps from the beach. You will be oceanside with a private boardwalk to the beach. Everything is on one level with an open floorplan kitchen, dining area, and living room with balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffeemaker. The dining able seats six. The living room has a pull out queen size sleeper sofa and a Smart tv. We provide the linens and towels, except the big beach towels. We have a full size washer and dryer. We provide hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, household supplies, cleaning supplies - enough for a short term stay.
We have parking for up to three cars (with the garage door open) - two in the garage and one in the driveway. We have an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. If you are looking to explore the island we have two beach cruiser bikes available in the garage. This property is dog friendly, with a limit of 2 dogs with a non-refundable dog fee of $175.
We are a little island but with lots of fun things to do: the NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher Civil War museum, our famous boardwalk, two fishing piers, Britt's Donuts (an institution since 1939), Squigley's Ice Cream Shop, and Freeman Park - where you can drive out and camp right on the beach. We offer free live bands, carnival rides, and fireworks during the summer and of course have some delicious seafood restaurants. What more could you want? Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM
This is a no smoking, dog friendly property.
You must be at last 25 years old to enter into a rental contract
We provide the sheets, bath towels, pillows, bedspreads, and blankets.

Town of Carolina Beach Dog Rules - All dogs are required to be on a leash at all times. April 1st through September 30th, dogs are allowed on the beach during restricted hours BEFORE 9:00 a.m. and AFTER 5:00 p.m. Dogs are not allowed on the beach between 9AM-5PM. October 1st through March 31st,dogs are allowed on the beach during all hours.

Very comfortable and a great location. It is really nice having a private boardwalk to the beach. The house is very functional and comfortable for a family. Will be back.

Family and I had a good time at the beach. While this is not oceanfront, it is right at the shoreline with a private boardwalk. Not far from restaurants, beach shops and grocery stores. The garage is tight, my car fit okay but nothing much bigger would fit. The outside shower was great for rinsing sand off. My brother’s dog was welcome and we so appreciated that!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. It was 5 of us and a small pet. The beach was right down the walkway. Short drive to grocery store. There was an issue with the dryer and the property manger had it fixed the next day. We would stay there again.

This property is perfect for those looking to spend a majority of their time on the beach. Inside there was enough space to meet our needs. My only complaint is there were no dish detergent or kitchen trash bags. I would stay here again and recommended to friends and family.
This was a great little 3 bedroom house that was right on the beach. No ocean views due to another house directly in front of it, but direct access to the beach in an area that is not crowded. I would (and likely will) stay here again.
